The 2025 Living Wax Museum was a HUGE success!
Our sixth-grade students truly shined today as they presented their Living Wax Museum characters to a crowd of family, friends, and community members who filled our theater. From Senator Amy Klobuchar and advocate Patty Wetterling, to World War heroes James D. LaBelle and Kenneth L. Olson, to legendary golfers like Patty Berg and Lee Jansen, to impactful leaders like Rabbi Deborah Brin and missionary Lillian Dixon—our students brought a wide range of Minnesotans to life with confidence, poise, and knowledge!
It was a long afternoon, but the students were eloquent in their speeches and proudly shared what they’ve learned from months of hard work and research. The feedback from our guests was overwhelmingly positive—many were surprised to learn just how many incredible people were born right here in Minnesota!
A HUGE thank you to our dedicated judges: LuAnn Glieden, Cindy Rosengren, and ACGC alum Mara Lambert, for their time, fairness, and thoughtful evaluations. We are so excited to announce the winners next Tuesday!
Mrs. Walsh, Mr. Rosengren, and Mrs. Streed are incredibly proud of each and every student. Thank you to the parents, grandparents, and community members who came out to support this special event—we hope you walked away inspired and informed, just like our students.
What an amazing day of learning, presenting, and celebrating Minnesota history!
